Custom-built in 2010, this unique home features two identical 520-SF master suites on the top floor, plus another bedroom and full bath downstairs. Soaring ceilings, bamboo and tile floors throughout, and numerous custom touches distinguish this architect-designed home.

The master suites, with their 19-foot pine ceilings, each have a king-sized bed along with oversized windows which look out onto the treetops. Window seats in each suite offer a cozy place to read or just watch the world go by. The adjacent master baths, with their granite counters, huge mirrors, and tiled bathing areas are truly spa-quality.

The downstairs bedroom features a pine bunk bed with memory foam mattresses and is decorated in cheerful primary colors to please kids and adults alike. A queen-sized sofa-sleeper provides a sitting area as well as additional sleeping accommodations.

The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, slate tile floors, expansive granite counters, and euro-style cabinetry. The induction cooktop heats water in less than a minute, and two dishwashers ease the cleanup after a big dinner. An oversized bamboo dining table seats ten and looks out to the large covered patio.

Entertainment options include two flat-screen TVs, an extensive video library, and a Sony Playstation, plus iPod docking stations in 3 rooms.

Three gas fireplaces (one in each master plus one in the living room), plus heated tile floors in all bathrooms add to the comfort of this home. The on-demand hot water system assure you'll never run out of hot showers, even if they're all on at once.

Outside, the 500-SF all-season patio features a new hot tub, propane BBQ, an infrared sauna and comfortable outdoor lounge furniture.

A carport not only protects your car from the elements, but assures you won't get wet if it happens to be raining or snowing when you arrive.

Snowline is a private gated community that borders the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and is one of the closest communities to the Mt. Baker Ski Area. This small gated community allows guests to use the outdoor heated swimming pool (in summer), tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, horse shoes, playfield, and childrens playground. Fishing is available in the community stocked trout pond. Along with numerous trails throughout the community, you have direct access to the Nooksack River that borders a portion of Snowline Community Property. The Snowline Clubhouse is open daily from 8am-3pm, and 8am to dusk on weekends with free Wireless Internet for all guests to use.
