This brand-new, 2-bedroom, 3 bath, PET FRIENDLY chalet will sleep 8 guests comfortably. The 1650 SF floorplan offers a large master bedroom, a smaller bedroom which faces the pond, and a loft sleeping area with a sofa sleeper and bunkbeds. Depending on guest configuration, you can utilize the sofa sleeper in the downstairs living room as well. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with memory foam mattress, a gas fireplace and sitting area, and custom marble shower and soaking tub, with granite counters in the en-suite bathroom. The other upstairs bedroom is bright and sunny, with a view over the community pond and a queen bed. The loft sleeping area also has a flat-screen TV with Dish Network, video library and video gaming system.

This home's gourmet kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances, expansive granite countertops, and custom-built bamboo cabinetry includes two dishwashers and a pro-style gas range. It opens onto the living room with a stone-faced gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV which offers Dish Network channels (catch MLB, NHL and NFL games as well as golf) and an entertainment system with surround-sound and an iPod dock. Heated floors in the dining area, entry and master bathroom complement the two gas firelaces to create an atmosphere that's cozy and warm.

Step out the back door to a large, private deck and covered gazebo with a hot tub, infrared sauna, and firepit. The house overlooks the Snowline Community Pond, and is just across the street from the pool,
tennis courts and clubhouse.

Snowline is a private gated community that borders the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and is one of the closest communities to the Mt. Baker Ski Area. This small gated community allows guests to use the outdoor heated swimming pool (in summer), tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, horse shoes, playfield, and childrens playground. Children also get to go fishing in the community stocked trout pond. Along with numerous trails throughout the community, you have direct access to the Nooksack River that borders a portion of Snowline Community Property. The Snowline Clubhouse is open daily from 8am-3pm with free Wireless Internet for all guests to use.
