This brand-new, 2-bedroom, 3 bath, PET FRIENDLY chalet will sleep 8 guests comfortably. The 1650 SF floorplan offers two private bedrooms (one with king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom) plus a loft sleeping area with a sofa sleeper and bunkbeds. Depending on guest configuration, you can utilize the sofa sleeper in the downstairs living room as well. This home is beautifully appointed with a gourmet kitchen, luxury bathrooms, and extensive natural stone throughout. Two flatscreen TV's with Dish Network (including sports channels with NFL and NHL) and an extensive video library provide hours of entertainment. Heated floors in the dining area, entry and master bathroom complement the two gas firelaces to create an atmosphere that's cozy and warm.
Step out the back door to a 30' x 12' deck and covered gazebo with a 6-person hot tub and 3-person infrared sauna. The house overlooks the Snowline Community Pond, and across from the clubhouse, all the recreation you could ever ask for is just steps outside your front door.
Snowline is a private gated community that borders the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and is one of the closest communities to the Mt. Baker Ski Area. This small gated community allows guests to use the outdoor heated swimming pool (in summer), tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, horse shoes, playfield, and childrens playground. Children also get to go fishing in the community stocked trout pond. Along with numerous trails throughout the community, you have direct access to the Nooksack River that borders a portion of Snowline Community Property. The Snowline Clubhouse is open daily from 8am-3pm with free Wireless Internet for all guests to use.
