I am not arriving until late at night, how do it get keys?  We will provide you to a combination to a lock box on the home.

Do I need to clean the home before I check out?  No, we will provide you with a checkout list of things to do before you leave.  We will professionally clean the home when after you check out.  

What if I have more people in my group than the house allows?  We have specific maximum occupancy limits on each house.  If you would like to make special arrangements, please call and speak with our reservations staff.

I will be on a working vacation and need Wireless Internet Access, is there internet in the homes?  While there is not high speed internet in the homes, the nearby store Maple Fuels has free Wireless Internet.

We have children and need to keep them busy too, do the homes have DVD players, games or game tables?  Yes, all of the homes are equipped with TV's, VCR's, DVD players, board games and game tables (ie: fuseball, air hockey, etc).  Due to the remote location, cable TV is not available, however movies can be rented at Maple Fuels, Crossroads Grocery and Grahams Grocery in Glacier.

Who do I call if there's an emergency after hours?  Always call 911 if it's a medical emergency.  If you have a maintenance issue arise in the home, please call the reservation number and somebody will be available to help you.
